Who I am

My name is Claire O’Sullivan and I'm a Certified Nutritionist and Trainer

I was always a very active and sporty person. I played ladies football for years. Despite that, I struggled a lot with my weight. I felt really unhappy in my body. I lacked confidence in myself. 

I didn’t feel comfortable in my clothes and I hated the thoughts of clothes shopping because I didn’t like how anything looked on me. I was constantly comparing myself to other people.

I spent a few years trying different fad diets. Surprise surprise I saw little to no results with these approaches. I felt so frustrated and overwhelmed. I was stuck. I didn’t know what to try next.
